At Parenthetical Ceramics, every piece is thoughtfully handmade and packed with care in Amsterdam. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and returns before placing your order:

Shipping

EU and EEA shipping
I currently ship to all countries within the European Union and European Economic Area. Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping outside the EU/EEA
If you’re located outside the EU/EEA and would like to place an order, please email me directly at parenthetical.ceramics@gmail.com. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request and discuss available shipping options.

Returns and exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of each item, variations in color, shape, and size are expected and celebrated. However, if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.

Return eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your order or if your item arrived damaged, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of the shipping date.

To initiate a return or report damage, please contact me at parenthetical.ceramics@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item (if applicable). I’ll guide you through the process from there.

Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
