3. Handmade Nature of Products

All products are individually handmade by Liz Hepburn in Amsterdam. This means that slight variations in size, shape, color, and finish are expected and embraced. These variations are not considered defects, but rather a reflection of the handmade process and a guarantee that your piece is truly one of a kind.

We do our best to represent each item accurately through descriptions and photographs, but the item you receive may differ slightly from the image on the product page.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from Amsterdam. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but please note that delays may occur, especially during holidays or due to customs processes. International buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of the work, returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.
